The magazine was published in the city of Tsaritsyn (now Volgograd) in the Tatar language from April 1923 to the second half of 1924. The magazine promoted the ideas of Bolshevism and the construction of a new society free from bourgeois, national, and religious prejudices. It called on workers and peasants to fight against the remnants of the past. Much attention was paid to the fight against illiteracy.
